The atmosphere
I don’t need the products but I do find some of your barbers better then most other shops. The pricing does scare me off unless the stylist I’m using is available., don’t particularly like your tiered pricing based on specific stylist. The shops themselves are very nice and clean. Not too thrilled by all the excessive tattoos, shows my age. Your front desk people are very friendly but their turnover is astonishing.

Carmen is incredible. I have a pretty particular hair style due to my receding hairline and I try to keep my hair long and she gets it. She is extremely tailored and precise. She is the best.
