I think Nessa did a great job, she was very friendly and made sure I was happy with my hair and beard cuts. She always asked what I wanted if I hadn’t specified something and made great product recommendations.

Ease of scheduling appointments online via your website. When constrained, ability to quickly switch sites to check schedules, etc. Ability to track my past booked appointments and barbers to understand my service history and barbers alike.
