Staff is always pleasant and products are superior, although pricey. I use the 3 in 1 shampoo and the leave in conditioner/ lotion. I will go back to Ashley as often as I can because she is exceptional, but have also had to pick an alternate stylist at times due to scheduling and have been very pleased as well.
