Lisa is great. She adjusted to my requests and was able to get my needs met quickly and without problems. She is efficient and good at what she does. I like the atmosphere/ ambiance. I like that she did not push me to talk a bunch…not really my thing. 🤣

Jason is an awesome barber. I will come back to Floyd’s to see Jason for the foreseeable future.

App works well enough for scheduling. My location is convenient. Vibe of the shop is very good and positive. A little pricey but to build a consistent relationship and get consistent results it’s worth a little more.

Also I have received great product advice.

Great stylists, friendly cordial atmosphere, appointments are always on time.

What I Don't Like. Your online scheduling/ appointment booking needs some work. There are times when a person shows unavailable when they really are! Purchasing Ala Carte services often results in appointments with more than one stylist.
