Please don't do what many other service companies do, disrepect the customer's valuable time and ignore committed appointmemts. We show up on time, PLEASE RESPECT the agreed upon committed time.

What do you like about our products and services?

Floyd's is the right balance of affordable and premium. What I mean is my hair looks just as good as a high cost premium salon. I know my stylist I like the shampoo neck shave. Hot towel and massage. So I get great value and I feel like I'm treating myself to some self-care.

Shannon was excellent and cut my hair as requested. For some reason when I tried to set the apt online there wasn’t a submit or finish button when I input the last item. I had to call to get the appointment.

Inclusive staff with relaxed atmosphere. Lisa did an amazing job on my haircut- she is meticulous with detail on haircuts and especially with razor/ clipper fades.

We took our two boys aged 7 and 10 and saw Larry. He did such a wonderful job with their hair. He listened and talked with them the whole time. We will recommend and definitely have him as our stylist again.
