Your people are the difference. Certainly they care. My hairdresser Sarah is always friendly, and this last Saturday she apologized when she ran over time with the previous patron. She said she thoight she put in fornthe extra time. Also, somehow at my visit prior when I purchased the T1D coupon book I was given the old expired coupon book. I showed it to the gjy at the cash register and explain the situation. He explained that it wasn't valid. However, I was given a new one by another hair stylist to replace the mistaken one which was thrown away. Thanks for looking out for your customer's needs.

I absolutely adore Allie! She started being my stylist about 8 years ago when she was at the Southglenn location. She’s always done such an amazing job with my short haircut, and had the patience of a saint when I would go back-and-forth changing my mind about growing my hair out then wanting to go short again. As she changed locations, I followed her because I lived in Highlands Ranch at the time. Even after I moved up to Denver, I would travel down to where she was located because she is worth the drive. Unfortunately, it got to be difficult with my schedule so I started going to the Leetsdale location. They are great stylists, but not they’re just not Allie. My stylist at the Leetsdale location recently and suddenly stopped working there, so I made the trip down to see Allie again this past Sunday and I’ll say it again, it was worth the trip! I will likely begin to start making the trip down to Allie’s location because she is such a cheerful soul and did a great job with my haircut, like the last year of her not cutting my hair never happened. The best thing about Sunday’s appointment was the big hug she gave me when I walked through the door, so happy to see me after a year. The feeling is mutual. She’s just a year older than my son, and feels like the daughter I would have wanted.

I also need to add in that I’m so very proud of Allie with what she has accomplished at Floyd’s.
