Everybody there is great! From first walking in you’re welcomed, to paying for your service, you’re thanked. That’s just the beginning though…. Isn’t it the best feeling when your stylist not only remembers you and your cut, but she remembers you, your cut, and your kids!?!?! I mean come on… let me just say, I’ve known that I love Floyd’s for a long time because Ive had 36 cuts done stylist at two different shops and my girl Ashley R. is spectacular. She is real and not like the real you get from other salons where you almost feel forced to converse. Ashley not only has genuine conversation while giving me my cut that literally should be shown in magazines, but yes remembers past conversations that involve my kids, in-laws, work just to name a few. Where else can you get (and I mean this not ironically) great service and a smile and a heart felt human thanks for coming in or coming back to see her. I’ve visited her only three times so far, but trust and believe, this guy (me, Travis) will be back many many many more times! Thank you Ashley, you killed it again and made yet another visit not just trip to the barber shop, but another awesome experience and memory I can add to the “hall of greatness” (that’s what I call the part of my head that retains to utilize moments like this as teaching moments in my job)!!!

Ruben is the best. I always feel comfortable in the shop, even as a woman while most of the clientele are men. Ruben is always helpful with after care suggestions, and the crazy ideas I throw at him. Basically give him a raise!
