The mobile app works great and it's easy to schedule services with the employee I want. I am usually with Carlos E. or Tracy F. at the Mission Valley location and they are both so nice and do a wonderful job cutting my hair and taking care of me. The staff is always friendly and courteous and the environment is inclusive and welcoming. Good music playing always, it's clean, and just a very simple and easy to get in and out.
