I like being able to make an appointment online. I like the feel of the shop when I am there. Nice music. The first time I came in I saw Marla, and have stayed with her ever since. She does a very nice clipper cut, and she listens to me when I want to make little change-ups. Very congenial atmosphere.

I like the option for online booking and I suggest continuing to enhance to make sure it works well. Sometimes bookings don’t book so calling in to confirm defeats the purpose. I appreciate the consistency of store to store. Some of your people have been very talented.
