I like Floyd's Mission Hills, but my last appointment was disappointing. The stylist did not cut my hair evenly. When done, she just passed her dryer over me quickly to remove cuttings but left a lot of hair on my clothing. I pointed out the oversight, and she did the same thing - leaving hair all over my clothes. She was sloppy in her performance, and in my opinion is not up to the Floyd's standard of service!
