The people are very kind answer the phone on time greet you lovely and the products that you carry are fantastic. Claudio does my hair he is absolutely a genius that hair and cutting different styles I left a very prominent salon in Rancho Santa Fe to come to him. He does many of my friends in mission hills and they all love him his cuts are outstanding. I especially like the other employees there as well they’re all very kind of considerate it’s a very fun place and an upbeat atmosphere with positive energy. I am in television personality and a host of fashion on television as well as produced fashion shows so my choice of going to Floyd’s is a very calculated one and a very careful choice I’m glad I made the right one Floyd’s mission hills is the best!

I really like this place, the only reason I hesitate to recommend it is because I think you’re going to like it too, and then I’m going to have to wait longer to get my haircut, I highly recommend making an appointment, I tend to be spontaneous….hence the wait… but making an appointment online is really easy…see you there!

My stylist was polite, professional and has a keen attention to detail. She took my vague intent and gave me a look that was far better than I could have articulated. The receptionist was courteous and communicative. As an out of towner, I had to take an Uber (that got lost and delayed my arrival) and when I called ahead they were still able to work me in.
