I have been at least five of your locations and I have always been very satisfied. Mckynlie in Burbank is who I usually go to, and on my last visit I saw Mayra in San Diego. I have also seen Jessica and Sara in Sherman Oaks. Pure perfection from everyone. Even the receptionists too.

On Line Booking was simple and efficient. As a new customer in town for a large conference I was in desperate need of a professional and age appropriate style, having been 3 months since my last cut. While I selected the most senior (and expensive) stylist, I was greeted and welcomed by a very polite and enthusiastic young lady (Melissa?). We talked for just a few minutes and with great confidence she said "I know exactly how I'm going to style you today". She took her time, very deliberate with the clippers and use many different sizes and angles. She added finishing touches with the scissors, washed my hair, with scalp massage, and hot towel, then dried my hair and applied product to achieve that polished and finished look. All throughout the conference, I had dozens of compliments on my "new look" and I think i not only looked younger, but thinner too! well, maybe a little. It was a great experience. Most of the other stylists were observing, as I was the only customer in the shop, but they withheld comments or even greetings. The very heavily tattooed desk clerk? Cashier? never said much until I left a $50 tip...that seemed to raise an eyebrow or 3. After all I was expecting to pay $80 and only got charged $40. Over all very good experience and I'll be back the next trip to San Diego. But you might try to remind all your stylist that hospitality and courtesy are paramount in keeping and retaining customers. I did feel like some of the staff wondered why an overweight 60 year old, with great hair, chose Floyd 99 for a cut and style...well, now they know.

I went in for a haircut and a beard trim. Barber was very helpful and patient in helping me decide on a style, and did a great job with both the haircut and beard trim. She gave me a free shampoo because it was my first time there.

I’ll be back. Awesome
