On the app I want to be able to know who did my last haircuts. I always think I’ll remember, but 3 weeks later I have no idea. I want to know who to go back to for a great cut and who I need to avoid…

Also, I don’t like the sign that says “Cash Tips Appreciated”. If you can’t earn your tip in the chair, don’t beg for it at checkout
