I enjoy being able to book a reservation online so I can show up, have a spot, and no waiting. Management at the Woburn location is top notch.
Everyone was super nice the lady that cut my hair did an amazing job, always made sure to check and see if I was liking what she was doing to my hair. Customer service was amazing. There were absolutely no negatives.

Floyd’s is a very friendly environment to get your hair cut. Josh is very helpful in trying to tame my hair so that it looks good. He is also easy and enjoyable to talk to while get my haircut.
