The haircuts are great and consistent, I like being able to book with a specific person who's work I like and who I enjoy interacting with, and I like the shampoo offer. The location (Woburn) is also good, not too busy.

alex is so informative and so helpful in managing expectations from appointment to appointment. she also is so willing to support any ideas i have for my hair (no matter how ridiculous it seems) and meets me where i am. she’s also helped me find products for any styles or concerns that i have. the receptionists are always friendly, and the app is very convenient and easy to use. LOVE LOVE LOVE
