The front desk person who started since the last time I was in for a haircut, Kristine, is exceptionally rude and hostile in the way she treats customers. I know from other people that she is like this with everyone. Interacting with her makes me reconsider going to Floyd's for my hair needs. She is that unpleasant to interact with.
Floyd’s is about an hour from where I live, but I will continue to making the trip for the consistent five star service I receive from Kass and the staff at the Cambridge location. The tribute to music of the 1990s on the walls is always a treat.
Very fast service, the shampoo and conditioner are great and leave my hair soft, the shampoo is a nice massage, always leave happy!
