i had not heard of Floyds but was in Cambridge and needed a cut and beard trim and found Floyds online. The staff was excellent and friendly. Cherry who was my stylist was terrific. very nice friendly person and really did an exceptional job on my hair. she made recommendations as to type of cut and method and all were great. If I am back in Cambridge I will certainly return to Floyds as Cherry was an excellent ambassador for your company.

They are a diverse group of folks who help me feel seen, they can treat so many different kinds of hair, they're kind and polite, and I genuinely like going into Floyd's because of them. Special shout-out to Cherry at Floyd's mass ave for the amazing highlights they did and also for the chic cut!

I had one of the best haircuts of my life! I have gotten so many compliments. The service was a fair price. I felt very at ease (which can be hard when getting my hair cut because I have dandruff). My hairstylist was really friendly and was fun to chat with. I would love to come back.
