Been going to Floyd’s in Baltimore for a while now but just moved to Arlington and went to the one in Fairfax. I worked with Monica and she was so friendly, easy to talk to and able to do exactly what I wanted. I’ve been getting the same haircut now for a while but paid little attention to what exactly my previous stylist did. Monica was helpful with explaining everything and making sure I got exactly what I wanted
From the moment you walk in you come into an amazing, welding and inclusive environment. The staff is kind and attentive. Kevin, my barber is the best barber I have ever had in my 44 years on this earth. Kevin not only listens to what I want but also gives suggestions. Kevin has great conversations and assures you are happy each time you leave. The team and Kevin at mosaic are truly gems. Let’s put it this way. I moved out of the area and drive a half an hour once every 4 weeks JUST to go to Kevin and the team at Mossic even though there is a Floyd’s right down the street from me.
