I felt my needs were heard as a non-binary transmasc individual. It has been hard finding a salon or barbershop in the northern Virginia area that doesn’t have the need to give me a feminine cut. For the first time in years I feel less dysphoric about my hair making me look feminine. Plus you sell my favorite pomade in store. That was a pleasant surprise.

Consistency and the neck shave
easy to schedule via app, my barber does not talk too much, and I really enjoy the experience of the shampoo, head message, neck shave, etc.
