Amazing service and communication with the hairdresser. Cashier was also really friendly. Listened to partner take the wheel with their ideas for me but also took into account the couple things I added. Also, great music! I like the shampoo that was used and that they respected my wish for no other products
The talent is top-tier. Mary Jane and Jessica are why I come back. The turnover in many shops prevents me from coming back. Floyd's has retained the stylists that I prefer.
Pay them well and I'll pay a premium for that consistency.
