I like that it’s a quality hair cut. I love the environment. It’s old school with a punk modern twist to it. I love the posters and the music in the back ground. The people are nice, it makes me feel at home. Like it’s family. I’ve had Jessica cut my hair a few times and recently Donna. I’m a rather new customer. I gave the complete package a 9 because nothing is perfect although Floyd’s in my opinion is pretty darn close
