The staff are great and feel like family. I only get my hair cut and eyebrows done here. They make an effort to know me well and when I see my favorite stylist Tara she remembers everything from previous appointments and asks how things are going.
Well when walking in, I like the fact that I'm being greated with a warm welcome. Sometimes I forget to put in an appointment and the fact that I can still be fit in, in a timely fashion is always a great feeling. Switching from my old Barber to a new Barber and trusting there ability was a scary thing but I loved the professionalism and felt at ease once the haircut was over. The Barber/Stylist that cut my hair name is Taty. I'm going to say that she does a awesome job with making sure the customer is comfortable and she asks you questions before and during to see how you feel with everything step by step. For a new person that doesn't come in often I will recommend this barber shop to anyone!

I’ve had my hair cut by two different people at Floyd’s and they are very experienced. The service is unparalleled compared to any other hair cut I’ve had.
I am mostly able to get an appointment with my preferred stylist, and Annie always does just as I ask.
