Jessie, the woman at the front desk of your King Street Alexandria location, is incredibly kind, upbeat and helpful.
Tara, the barber I go to most frequently, is awesome. My haircuts from her look better and last longer than haircuts from others. I asked her "why?" one day, and she very clearly explained that there is part of my head where my hair "has a strong growth pattern" that requires special attention by a barber. She always gives it whatever special attention it deserves, and produces a great haircut.
I do think your prices are a little too high. I understand inflation, but the increases in your rates feel like borderline "gouging" to me.
Christopher is top notch. He is why I keep returning. Don't get me wrong the vibe is great and the staff are friendly as well .
