The stylist did a nice job.
Staff was friendly. The front desk young lady was extremely respectful and was on top of it. When I arrived the store was slammed with customers and she kept a calm demeanor and really owned her role. She definitely could own this location if she doesn’t already. I appreciated how with it she was. As a business owner myself I would hire her. The overall hair cut service was good. One thing I would recommend to the stylist is upsell the customer you never know who is in the chair. Take your time and stay focused on each stage of the process. You will build your book of business this way and repeat clientele. I was overall satisfied by the service.
