Tara is friendly and skilled. She super efficient and fun to talk to. I also like the decor and musical ambiance. I like that I can schedule with the app and pay with my watch. I like the option for a shampoo and the hot towel. Everything about the experience is good.

I usually go for the stylist. It was my first time there, and Bethany did a great job. Floyd's locations are clean and have pretty good products. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because of previous troubles I've had at other locations losing their stylists. My hair is tough to cut and finding a good stylist seems to always be tough. Don't let Bethany get away, she's a good one!
