I have not had the opportunity to try your products, although this not a reflection on your staff for the lack of offering your products as I prefer to use something else. The great reception I receive and skill of my stylist is why I have made this my go to Barbershop.

Stylist (Milli) did ann amazing job as usual! My only slight complaint was that my 12 o’clock appointment started around 12:40, making me late for the rest of my scheduling for the day. Totally understand delays happen, but a delay longer than the appointment itself seems a bit unnecessary for a scheduled visit.

Since coming to Floyd’s I have always encountered “Five Star” Service. As of yet I have not purchased any products, however, I do intend to. Lastly, when I walk out the door Ms. Kim has done me justice and wherever I go the compliments begin.

I love the way Milli cut my hair. One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had.
My only complaint is that the music is too loud and it really stressed me out. But then again I’m 80 years old and everybody in there was probably 10 or 12.

Ada is great. Gives me a great cut for what I'm looking for and doesn't mind making adjustments. Easy to chat with too!
