The barber, Ada, had an incredibly welcoming attitude and their station was decorated with stickers that made me know I belonged there. I am transgender and this was my first trip to a barber, so I was extremely nervous to come in for my first visit, but as soon as I walked in the door I knew I had made a good choice.
My barber, Jenna, was incredibly attentive and made sure to check in with me every step of the haircut. I can easily say this is one of the best haircuts, if not THE best haircut, I’ve ever had. Jenna took her time and made sure the cut worked for me personally rather than do some cookie-cut fade. Everything about my experience was perfect.

Milli is such a great listener. I’ve had a few bad haircut experiences recently at different salons but Milli made me feel heard and understood. not once was i worried about my cut. and the end result was just as great. She’s a wonderful stylist and i had a great experience because of her and the very kind reception staff.
