The service and customer care is top notch

I absolutely adore Floyd's! As a trans person, going to a salon or a barber can be stressful because some hair dressers and barbers will instinctively give you the cut that does not align with your gender identity and presentation. Not only is Floyd's a safe space for trans folks like myself, which is already a win for me, but their barbers and stylists are so talented and passionate about what they do! They'll actually listen to you when you describe what you want, rather than give you what they think you want. They ask questions each step of the way. And plus, sometimes they'll give you a little shoulder massage at the end of the visit. Who doesn't love a complementary massage?!
