The service is fantastic-if you make an appointment. However, I have experienced lack luster treatment when I have attended as a walk in.
As a walk-in Observing several hairdressers sitting around-but no customers in sight and NOT being helped leaves much to be desired. Though the Ellicott City location is wonderful-when you make an appointment-it would do to make sure that when a walk in customer walks in and there are no customers-the walk in should be attended to post haste. This should apply to ALL locations-with special attention to remind the Columbia Mall location of this: withering down the nose stare and a sigh does not send the message that the sign reads-“walk ins welcome”
