I visited Floyd's 99 in Crofton/Gambrills, MD. I was pleased to find that the stylists "Tammi" was able to help me and did a good job in alleviating my issue. I was traveling to Annapolis because Crofton/Gambrills had said they did not have a "color-stylist" at the shop. Tammi quickly took my call and said she could help me. She checked my past services and designed a program for my continuing use, so that I can continue coming to the shop.

She was calm, courteous, and very professional. I could tell she had years experience in customer service by her professionalism and calm demeanor which alleviated my anxiety.
