Friendly people, usually not a long wait time

Once again I went into the Crofton Floyd's to get my hair cut from my hero Rob. Although there were women outside the window waiving at Rob, he once again made me the priority and provided the worlds greatest hair cut. Rob also recommended the Floyd's Grooming Refresh leave-in conditioner. Honestly, it smells great and I no longer walk around looking like I came in from a snowstorm. It still seems the only time my wife pays attention to me is after the hair cuts! I'm grateful she is beautiful! In Crownsville, we do call Rob, "Our Hero!"

Attention to detail and desire to do good work

Steph is always amazing with my brother with special needs! He always greets him as if they are best friends and he always assists my brother getting in and out of the chair. He checks in frequently with my brother to make sure that he is comfortable and is happy with his service. Steph makes it seem very easy to talk with my brother during his services!

Friendly and flexible service. I like how customers can make reservations but they don’t have to. My last visit was a weeknight walk in and they were able to fit me in right away.
