I love both my hair dressers Melissa and Vanessa!! They are the most professional, kind, and respectful individuals! Both give great advice for my hair concerns and both are so willing to answer out of the blue questions when I text them! Love the variety of hair products… I am a music freak so to me… you need it louder in the shop!!! Great station to listen to! The ambiance is perfect ! LOVE LOVE LOOVVEE the pics of all the musicians and bands on the walls… I’ve been coming here for nearly three years now and I STILL find new pics I haven’t seen! Other hair dressers have complimented me on my pixie cut so it’s nice to meet new stylists and get their opinions as well! Great bunch of people work at this Floyd’s and it’s so worth my drive once a month! I live in Germantown so it’s almost a 45 minute drive. Would I recommend this Floyd’s to a new client looking… I sure would! It’s an oasis away from your daily grind of stress from work, family, holiday pressure! That neck/back massage is the icing on the cake! Keep doing what you’re doing at Floyd’s Columbia… your shop is a gem for the community.
