Walk ins are easy and every stylist is great
Vanessa was amazing. My son will only allow her to cut his hair now (for the last 8 months or so). I was really surprised when she said she'd also be willing to cut mine- not because I didnt think she could, but because of how Floyd's is marketed- I wasn't expecting it to be an option. That being said, I think Vanessa was maybe the first stylist ever to actually listen to me when I said what I wanted/needed for my hair (very thick/long/curly/temperamental) and didn't try to sell me on products she knew I'd never use and didn't finish with a blow dry service (which I never like anyway).

Cathy is outstanding. She listens, asks the right questions to make sure she understands the desired look, and always gets it perfect. As a bonus, my son could talk to her all day - she’s just a pleasure and knows how to make her clients feel comfortable.

My barber was amazing and did a great job with my haircut. 10/10! I always enjoy the environment of the shop when I come in for a cut. There was one hiccup this time where a male employee came over and started telling my barber she had to cut a little more on one side to get rid of a “dark spot” when I was more than happy with the current cut. After he “fixed” the issue my barber had to go back and even out more of the cut to make it look good. I’m still happy with my haircut but it wasn’t a great look for the guy to come over and critique the work when my barber was almost done.
