I love the atmosphere and most of the staff I have worked with at my Floyd's location in Columbia, MD. The staff are great listeners, they care about their work and their customers and they make sure that their services are above and beyond satisfaction. I love the wall artwork of classic rock icons, bands and artists. The music they play is an awesome mix of classic rock and punk from 70s, 80s and 90s. Overall its a very relaxing place to go for your grooming needs.
Jo was amazing and checked in with me each step of the way. They did a fantastic job of making sure I had ample opportunities to see what my hair looked like and if I wanted it shorter. Nox was also a fantastic front desk attendant! He was so sweet and I had a lovely conversation with him. As a non-binary person it can be hard to get my hair cut, but I absolutely loved it and felt safe and welcome.
Vanessa is literally the best ever, she's so attentive and my blow-out looked AMAZING, i got compliments for the rest of the day, absolute 10/10 experience
