Are the barbers/stylists really listen to what’s requested and cut the hair accordingly and they genuinely seem to care about everybody’s overall happiness with the cut. Everybody is always very friendly and polite. We are always greeted very quickly. Everything looks very sanitary and clean.

My sons barber out of the Annapolis mall location is great with him. He gets a child’s haircut and the barber Brenden is amazing, my son loves talking to him and enjoys his time there.

Brooke is always so pleasant and gives me the haircut I want every time.

My son (11) has some sensory issues and although he loves having long hair, he’s not the best at taking care of it. The stylist (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) was kind and non judge-mental. She gently brushed his hair, getting the matted parts untangled before washing and conditioning. She even gave him a tip on how to keep his hair untangled by brushing it in the shower while conditioning. It’s one thing to hear that from his mom but kids sometimes take advice more seriously when it’s one’s from a pro. I always feel a sense of welcome and belonging at Floyd’s and my whole family of 4 goes there for haircuts. Thanks for making my kid feel like he belongs too. 😊

Love the atmosphere, and everyone is so friendly. I also really enjoy the hot face towel during a shampoo! Tuesday is an outstanding stylist and so nice to chat with for my hour.

Rachel was awesome! She listened very keenly to what I wanted and often handed me the mirror to insure that I was pleased with my cut and eyebrows. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She had confidence in her ability to satisfy my requests. Bravo to Rachel for earning my trust as my new barber!!
