We love Brendan and have been going to him for years. My son trusts no one else.

The staff at the Annapolis location are always nice and welcoming whether it is over the phone or coming in for an appointment. Two years ago I moved an hour away and to a new state but love the Annapolis location and my regular stylist Madison that I continue to come back to have my hair done here because of the amazing service I receive.

A few weeks ago the stylist I usually go to had to leave and they gave options for other times that same day but due to my own schedule I wasn’t able to make any of them. I was lucky enough to get in a few weeks later when I had time and my schedule matched with the stylist.

This time when I came it was right when credit card machines went down and they were great at explaining the situation and had options available for everyone. I am sure they were freaking out on the inside but they didn’t show it to the clients that were coming in.

As for the actual appointment it was amazing as always. Madison listens and give suggestions for the health of my hair. I am particular and very attached to my hair and appreciate the fact that she is willing to listen and offer suggestions if needed.
