The haircut was great , but a little pricey. I believe it was supposed to include a quick massage, but I didn't get it.
Flexible with styling and good store hours
I like not being rushed in my haircut. A good cut takes close to 30 min and the service is not inexpensive. I especially like the neck shave with a blade and the hot towel. I feel I've had a quality experience every visit but once.
I would also like to see a rewards program, e.g. two visits and your next cut is 50% off.

I came to Floyd’s because I only trust Jess to work on my hair now. Having short female hair, shorter than shoulder length, it’s hard finding a good stylist. I didn’t see Jess for a few months and seeing her again made me feel so relaxed and safe. She’s a real hero ❤️
