I find it difficult at times to find a stylist/barber to accurately give me the haircut I’m wanting, but fortunately the last person I saw successfully gave me the haircut I envisioned. Aside from that, the shoulder massage along with the hot towel on your face while getting your hair washed are both nice little extras. Lastly, I like the music and the atmosphere.

Sarah C always takes her time to give me a great haircut. She does not seem rushed. She always offers the full array of services including shampoo with scalp massage, hot face towel, hot neck towel, straight razor neck shave, hair product and neck massage. I always feel I am getting the full service level with Sarah C.

Great staff very friendly wonderful haircuts!

I got my hair washed and cut with Leah for the first time. Very professional! During the wash she put a hot towel over my face and it was very relaxing. She took the time to understand what haircut I wanted. The hot neck shave at the end leaves the haircut feeling clean and complete. I also use the Floyds Revive Hair/Body wash and the Floyds brand body lotion. Very refreshing smell. Overall awesome haircut and great vibes at the Schaumburg location.

My visit was awesome. In addition to the cut, which I’m very happy with, my stylist answered my questions about taking care of my hair, recommended routines for keeping my hair moist and curly, and was very friendly. The atmosphere was nice. I didn’t have an appointment but the staff took care of my quickly.

The staff was friendly and accepting. My child is transgender and hacked off his hair, the barber did the best she could with no judgement. We liked the decor also. We also like the partnership with the Chicago Fire, Go Fire!
