I have been going to every barber shop in the area and have not been pleased until now. It was my first time coming to Floyd's. Eileen at the Schaumburg location was awesome. She constantly checked with me to make sure I was happy with my cut along the way. She made several recommendations to me which worked out well. She also made me aware of your excellent Floyd's house hair care products which I have been using ever since. Floyd's definitely gained a new customer. I will be going to Floyd's for all my cuts moving forward.

The location the decor and the barber Drake is what sold me to permanently get my cuts here. I recommended him to my brother and now him me and my nephew al9ng with sons are customers! Great service outstanding work on his cuts are always on point. Easy to book on line. The people are always pleasant and clean facility. Located conveniently 5 miles from home and 2 miles from work. Prices are good. You pay what you get and it's always a pleasant talking with Drake the barber and always delivering the right cut for me and the family!

Juan is an expert at what he does. Not only is he an artist but he is also very detail oriented. He has great personality and customer skills. From the first time he cut my hair he is the only one I will let do it from now on. He really is that good.
