The stylists are very approachable, respectful and attentive. I’ve been going to Floyd’s for years and although stylists have come and gone, new ones have always been easy to get to know. Good customer service and good work.

I’ve been working with drake for quite some time, he has done great work. I am someone that is very particular about my hair, he listens and we almost brain storm to come up with the best course of action to get me the cut and style I want. I have been going to him since the last person I went to cut off my Mohawk and he fixed it. We always have interesting conversations through the cut.

As someone who has autism spectrum disorder, and bad social anxiety, I struggled greatly with finding a barbershop I felt comfortable with. I tried numerous salons, barbers, stylists, I eventually gave up and decided to stop cutting my hair. Until one day I grew tired of my long hair, and untamed eyebrows. I restarted my search for a comfortable and welcoming barbershop, I found Floyd’s 99 barbershop online and decided I’d give them a chance. I am so glad I did! Not only did my barber, Seph G, do a great job with my haircut and eyebrows, restoring my confidence. They were kind, and welcoming, talking me through each step of the process, which eased my anxiety and helped me know what to expect. Even helping me see the cut better as it happened by bringing the mirror closer, and helping me with my glasses. I have never had such a pleasant, and kind experience before when getting my hair done. I even learned new techniques, and products to use that keep my hair styled without looking wet, or greasy. The texture powder my barber recommended is now my main hair styling product. The atmosphere was also amazing, I felt comfortable, like I was at a friend’s house. The music choice was great, the designs on the walls of some of my favorite bands, it had great character, and individuality. Which is something that a lot of places lack, I find most hair care establishments look the same, with modern very bland design. I couldn’t be happier to find Floyd’s 99 barbershop. My confidence is restored, and I finally found a place where I’m comfortable. I feel that at Floyd’s I can put my full trust into my barber.

I was a short wait and my haircut was well done. I typically go to my sister in law who has been cutting my hair for the last 20 years. But I recently moved and could not get to her. So tried your place.

Leah did a great job. And the store manager went out of her way to contact me early on a Friday morning to give me a chance to make adjustments when a staff member fell ill. Also kudos to that staff member for not working while sick. That's very respectful to customers.
