I moved back to the suburbs from Chicago at the start of 2021 and had the hardest time finding a place to get a good haircut. Everything in the area was overpriced and not nearly worth it. Around July 2022, I finally tried Floyd’s in downtown Naperville & was introduced to Ximena P. Since then, I have gone out of my way to book Ximena. She has easily given me some of the best haircuts I have had in the last couple years. Highly recommend her and highly recommend the downtown Naperville Floyd’s location.

Just love the professional service
The stylist was wonderful with my son. Truly took the time to understand what he was trying to achieve cut-wise and made it happen! She walked him through at-home upkeep, gave him some great tips and recommend products. The front staff, I’m not sure if they were stylists or not, were very friendly and professional, greeted us warmly and checked us out quickly. Also, the bathroom was immaculate! This place just overall has a great vibe. This was our first time but we will definitely be back and tell all our friends!
