I bring my adult special needs brother there and Arika is amazing with him. He looks forward to his hot towel every time. Arika asks him what he wants to do and he gets to feel like an “adult”

The staff are amazing. I always go to Dan because he is so personal and a gray person to talk to. He also helps you decide how you want your new style to look and gives you tips on how to preserve your hair.

I went to Floyd's for the first time, and Mateo took care of me, getting my hair styled for my wedding two days later. He got me looking better than I have in years, and gave me a crazy good shave as well. I've gotten nothing but compliments from folks who have seen the new style. 10/10, would recommend!
