Just a good place to go

Overall services and prices are great, however the last two times I have gone, I did not request a shampoo, was still given a shampoo without being asked or told I would be charged for it, and was then charged for it. This was at the La Grange, IL location. Please always have your stylists ask first as we may not all be looking to spend the extra fee and it is not good practice to push that onto your clients.
