Recently, I have been able to schedule the same stylist over the past many appointments. This was not always the case in the past. One year, I had to schedule three different stylists because they were always leaving for other locations or jobs. The present stylist (Mags) is always pleasant and polite.

Although it didn't completely all happen like it typically does my last visit the cut was really good and had neck cleaned. Never asked if I wanted shampoo prior or heard trim like I'm asked normally. Overall was good experience but suggestion for my last stylist is to show some more personality cause didn't say much generally abd never gave his name. Otherwise fid great job on my hair and likely back again in couple months as usual.
