I love this place. I made reservations on line and called to add my daughter, total 3 people. Reservations were booked for 9:45 A.M. and 10:35. Arrived there early and wasn't opened until 10:00 . So we sat down and waited until others finished their haircut then we were attending to. I was mindful we had appointment at 9:45 that the email confirmed however they opened at 10:00 so our appointment time wasn't meet until later while the same hairstyle took walk in or appointment for the same person who cut our hair.. my wife,daughter and myself ; I tip $20 for each before service began to make sure hairstyle was take care of.. total $120 plus tip. The hairstyle were great but arrangements to the front of the house needs attention.

I have been getting consistently great haircuts for years from Alicia. She is talented, has made good recommendations, and is friendly. It's really easy to book appointments and the location of the shop is perfect.

The manager was great. The first person to cut Ben's hair did an awful job and the manager fixed it.
