Very easy to get an appointment. My stylist was very personable and gave me a great haircut .
She also trimmed my eyebrows, shaved my neck line. I didn't feel rushed. There was no wait .

Brio is great. Always listens. Solicited feedback along way of haircut process to ensure able to make a any changes wanted or needed along way. Makes the end haircut product is a win win and one feels good about it! Never had a stylist ever do that before.
