When it comes to stylists, River is the best I’ve ever had. His primary concern is always that of the customer. If he says it’s best to do this or that with a style, I am always confident that his suggestions are for the best look possible. At the same time, he is always willing to “experiment “ with a different look /style , if I feel like a change.
When River styles your hair, you always feel like the process is a “ team effort “.
In five + years having River as my stylist, I have never left feeling as if he could have done a better job.
His professionalism as well as his engaging personality are beyond compare.

River is an outstanding, amazing human being, and a professional at his job.
We met during market days when I had decided to try a new look. The first stylist did exactly what I wanted but later that day completely regretted. Not the most polite I went back to Floyd’s. River worked his magic. Rather than take it personal of what I was saying about how I did not like the cut he got inside my head asked me if he could try to fix it and he did so much more than that. his professionalism is beyond a textbook. His skills and demeanor are so above and beyond what I was expecting, and I was glad to see him again for a haircut yesterday. Thank you River, you are amazing the Floyd’s family and corporate need to know about this! To be clear, the first stylist did exactly what I asked for but a 52-year-old man wearing a 25 year old haircut I should’ve known better, but luckily River knows what he’s doing, and saved my market days weekend.

Jennifer is arguably the best stylist I’ve ever had and at 48 years of age, I’ve been through many. She listens to my direction and has authentic conversations with me. I bring my son to her as well and he now refuses to go anywhere else that my wife books for him.

Great service all around. Reserving a timeslot on the app is easy and the Wrigley store check in is quick. My hairdresser is super friendly and gets what I'm looking for in a hairstyle. Sometimes I keep it consistent, other times I like to try something new. Michelle always gets what I'm looking for. Cut and shampoo is relaxing and overall a great experience.
