This was my first visit to the Floyd’s in Wrigleyville. The staff welcomed me as soon as I stepped into the store with a warm greeting and smile! My wait was very short and I was escorted back to a chair where my stylist took time to listen to me and ask clarifying questions Throughout the time my hair was cut, the conversation was engaging and again felt welcomed I was offered the extra services near the end of my haircut when I checked out I was thanked and received “hope to see you again”. I felt it wasn’t part if a script but they actually meant it.
