I had recently had a horrible hair experience at a different salon a couple of weeks past. I was looking for a hairdresser to even out some hair pieces towards the front of my head in order for me to feel comfortable with my hair while I wait for it to grow back out. I was looking for a quick trim as I am afraid of someone going back and doing a full haircut on an already (too) short hair. I had originally called a different hair salon and they wanted to book me a full hour hair appointment, which i thought was unnecessary. At Floyd’s, I was able to book a trim appointment. Shania listened to my needs and made me feel really comfortable. She did minimal cutting and evened out the pieces that were bothering me. She understood the bad experience I had recently had and made this one a great experience for me. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended her to my sister. Thank you Floyd’s!!
