The best thing about Floyds is the people. As much as a basic haircut should be universal across all stylists, unfortunately it is not. This isn't a Floyds issue it's just impossible to standardize approaches to hair across different hair types, customer preferences, and practitioners unless you're in N. Korea or the like. That said Monica R has been amazing for me and I recommend her and Floyds any chance I get. I have seen a few other stylists at Floyds but the ones which work best for me over time have either moved or retired. Monica is the only one left so please make sure she's supported and rewarded for excellent service.
